Maple Boulevard is committed to responsible entertainment practices. The casino entertainment area at our hotel is designed as an on-site leisure option for adult guests. We take the wellbeing of our guests seriously and have policies and procedures in place to promote responsible participation and to provide support where needed.
Age Verification
Access to the casino entertainment area is restricted to adults aged 19 and over, in accordance with the laws of British Columbia. All guests are required to present valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's licence, or BC Services Card) at entry. Guests who do not meet the age requirement or who cannot produce valid identification will not be granted access.
Self-Exclusion
If you or someone you know would like to take a break from gaming, voluntary self-exclusion options are available. You may request self-exclusion through our hotel team or directly through the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) voluntary self-exclusion programme. Self-excluded individuals will be denied access to the casino entertainment area for the duration of the exclusion period.
Time and Spending Awareness
We encourage all guests to set personal limits for time and spending before entering the casino entertainment area. Our staff are trained to identify signs of distress and to offer assistance or information about support resources. Clocks are visible in the casino entertainment area, and our team is available to assist guests who wish to take a break.

Staff Training
All staff working in or near the casino entertainment area receive training in responsible gaming practices, including recognising signs of problem gambling, responding to guest concerns, and directing guests to appropriate support services.

The casino entertainment area at Maple Boulevard operates in accordance with British Columbia gaming regulations, overseen by the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC). We adhere to all provincial licensing, reporting, and operational requirements.
